This is our usual weekly pattern. For the exact time of any practice, check the calendar below. It pulls directly from TeamSnap, so it is always the most up to date.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday mornings
Year-round
8:15 am, late spring through early fall
9:00 am, the rest of the year

Tuesday and Thursday evenings
March through November
5:30 to 7:30 pm. Times may shift a little in early spring and late fall, when there is less evening daylight.

Wednesday evenings
March through October
5:30 to 7:00 pm. A recreation-focused practice.

All practices meet at Nimbus Flat State Recreation Area, 1912 Hazel Avenue, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. Parking is $10 per day.
